Greg Lilly    
Greg Lilly serves as the Director of Admission and Head Football Coach of Benedictine College Preparatory, an all-boys, private Catholic military school established in 1911 in Richmond, Virginia. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Richmond.  Mr. Lilly joined the Benedictine community in August 2005 serving as a history teacher and an assistant football coach.

Before becoming an educator, Mr. Lilly served his country as an infantry platoon commander in the United States Marine Corps from 1998 to 2005.  As a Marine officer, Mr. Lilly completed six overseas deployments, including two combat tours in Iraq where he earned a Naval Commendation Medal.  Before becoming a Marine, Mr. Lilly was an assistant football coach at the University of Richmond from 1995 to 1997 coaching wide receivers and running backs.

Mr. Lilly served as assistant football coach for 4 years at Benedictine before being named the head football coach in 2009.  Mr. Lilly was the starting quarterback at the University of Richmond from 1990 to 1993 earning Yankee Conference (now known as the Colonial Athletic Association) player of the year, East Coast Division I-AA player of the year, and All-American honors in 1992.  Mr. Lilly is married to Yvonne Olson and attends the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart.
