Ryan Tremain is Benedictine's new battalion commander. He is the highest-ranking cadet at Benedictine and will be a huge part of running the military program. "I am very excited for next year," Tremain said. "I want to work with the other new officers to tie up any loose ends and make Benedictine the best it can be."
Tremain is an athlete, scholar and will be a leader when Fall of 2020 rolls around. He plans to keep the Corps organized and work with the senior class to do so. His right-hand man, Battalion Executive Officer Miles Moten, will help him as well as the other elected officers to make Benedictine run smoothly and efficiently.
"Mo-Town (Moten) is a great leader and will be a huge help to me next year," Tremain said. "I plan on using the help of all the seniors to help me keep control."
Moten's expectations are to make sure the Corps is organized and plans to use the help of the other officers, as well.
There were some mixed feelings about the chosen officers, but Moten believes it is for the best. "I know Captain Long chose these people for their positions for a reason," said Moten. "He knows what Benedictine needs and, now that we are here, our senior class is ready to show him what we've got."
