Every Tuesday the hungry Cadets of Benedictines either have Chick-fil-a or tacos, but the Cadets and their teachers seem to love both the same overall.

On every school day Cadets are working hard doing schoolwork, homework, sports and many other after-school events. During lunch time, however, Cadets can take time off their busy days to enjoy a warm Chick-fil-a sandwich with fries or a personally made taco. On Taco Tuesdays, Chef Alan Serafim, the Chef for Benedictine, prepares the meat as well as the sides for the tacos. Cadets have the choice of a soft taco shell or a hard shell. On Chick-fil-a days, the school orders chicken sandwiches made by the fast food chain Chick-fil-A. In addition, Chef. Alan makes waffle fries. Recently, Benedictine has offered Chicken sandwiches with no pickles.

Kyle Joyce, a sophomore, said, "I like Chick-fil-A because anyone can make a taco, but only Chick-fil-A can make their sandwiches."

English teacher Ashley Lowry stated, "I would have to go with Taco Tuesdays, because I like tacos more."

Cadet Noah Aboelmatty said, "I like Chick-fil-A, but I dislike the long lines."
