Come to Benedictine Wrestling Camp this summer to train and improve with the 4x Defending State Championship Cadet Team and Coaches.
This camp is geared toward the experienced wrestler who is looking to continue and improve to the next level. Campers will learn how to drill the same way the 4x defending State Champion Benedictine Varsity Program does. In addition to hard drilling, live wrestling, and intense conditioning, this camp will focus on more advanced ways to score on your feet as well as focus on some advanced technique from top and bottom.
Ryan Hall has been the head wrestling coach at Benedictine for the past eight years. Before Ryan’s tenure started at Benedictine, he was an assistant coach at Deep Run High School, where he helped them win their first Colonial District Championship in school history. Coach Hall has also been named the VISAA State Coach of the Year three times in his career at Benedictine.
While at Benedictine, Coach Hall and his staff have led the program to 6 straight State Catholic Championships (2013-2018), the program's first four VISAA State Championships (2014 - 2017), over 170 dual meet wins, 74 All-State Wrestlers, 61 Prep National Qualifiers, 14 All-Metro Selections, 16 Individual State Champions, and 9 Prep National All-Americans. The Cadets have also won the VISAA State Tournament Team Sportsmanship Award in 2011 and 2013. This has all been done in just the past nine years.
Coach Hall is a 2002 graduate of Louisa County High School. As a wrestler, he compiled a 128-26 career record, was a three-time district champion, Region II Champion, three-time state qualifier, and all-state.
