At Benedictine College Preparatory, we have educated our young men in more than just academics for over a century. Their time in classrooms and on campus forms them into what they are called to become: Christian men who impact society by maximizing their God-given talents. Benedictine offers a unique environment in which faith, intellectual growth, discipline, leadership, and brotherhood converge to form the whole man.

There are distinct features of Cadet life at Benedictine College Preparatory that facilitate the Cadet’s development over their time here. Our Catholic identity is at the heart of everything we do. We seek to lead our students toward a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and to help them recognize the dignity, responsibility, and purpose that come from being created in the image of God. The military tradition at Benedictine reinforces values of discipline, accountability, perseverance, and servant leadership. Our Cadets learn that true leadership is not about privilege or power; it is about responsibility and service to others. In the classroom, on the athletic field, in formation, and in daily life, our students are challenged to pursue excellence, take ownership of their choices, and stand firm when circumstances demand courage and character.

Benedictine recognizes that boys learn differently. With 15 years of experience as an educator in all-male, military school environments, I can tell you firsthand that our academic programs are structured to meet the specific needs of young men both in and out of the classroom. Our program of study is infused with our Catholic faith, which teaches our young men the virtues of discipline, servant-leadership, hard work, and humility. Our students are provided with opportunities to live out these virtues daily through extracurricular involvement in fine arts, interscholastic athletics, community service, performing arts, and military drill.
