The Benedictine tennis team competes in Division 1 of the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association. Through competition with the other private and public schools in the area we teach proper fundamentals, discipline and hard work.

Practices and home matches are held at the courts at Mary Mother of the Church Abbey.

The tennis team affords the student-athlete the opportunity to be part of something bigger than himself. He will also develop skills and a passion for tennis. At the same time we are teaching him skills that are necessary for success later in life.

Discipline and hard work are always rewarded. Tennis, like the other sports at Benedictine, helps us to form young men who grow up to be Christian men of conscience, discipline and achievement.
