The Benedictine Wrestling program allows for student-athletes to become better wrestlers, but more importantly, better young men. On the mat, Benedictine Wrestling focuses on technique, speed, strength, and conditioning which provides a wrestler to improve throughout the season and for the future in the sport.

This dedication has led the program to 6 straight State Catholic Championships (2013-2018), the program's first four VISAA State Championships (2014, 2015, 2016, & 2017), over 170 dual meet wins, 88 All-State Wrestlers, 71 Prep National Qualifiers, 32 All-Metro Selections, 19 Individual State Champions, and 12 Prep National All-Americans. The Cadets have also won the VISAA State Tournament Team Sportsmanship Award in 2011 and 2013. This has all been done in the past ten years.

Off of the mat, wrestlers are also held to a high standard to achieve academic and disciplinary success which in turn allows them to be model Cadets. It is a privilege to be a part of the Benedictine Wrestling team as each wrestler represents the school, the team, and himself.
